Debola has worked in software development for over 20 years. consistently building software applications and computer programs in and around the financial sector. A Fintech guru before “Fintech” was coined.

She is currently the Group Head of Engineering for a top Commodity Brokerage Firm. She also works in an advisory role for Optisource Technology as a director, and the director of coding at DCS Academy Nigeria.

She is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer and a member of Business Application Software Developer’s Association UK (BASDA). She also just earned a professional certificate in Artificial Intelligence with Python from HarvardX and currently concluding another professional degree at Oxford University in Artificial Intelligence.

She is a mother of two amazing boys, an aunt to many and a grand-aunt to one and counting.

Debola loves children and has been involved in coaching children in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) courses since she was a teenager. While waiting for her JAMB results at 15 years old, she became a student mentor and a lesson teacher for Junior secondary school students and continued to teach senior secondary students in Mathematics while on holiday from University.

Debola loves children and currently volunteers to teach children coding in her son’s school in England.

She enjoys teaching children through play and fun activities. Allowing children to explore their innate curiosity while channeling it to productive use.

Software development and artificial intelligence are at the core of her courses at DCS - Digital LearningX and children will benefit immensely from her years of experience and her playful approach to learning.

As she often says “Every child can be a genius given appropriate tools in an appropriate environment.”

Omotayo Oyetayo is a mum of two children, a Chartered accountant by profession and an Author. She is a graduate of Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Nigeria and holds an MBA from The University of Warwick, UK.

She writes fictional stories and novels that help children improve their interpersonal skills and promotes the importance of good morals with the belief that her storybooks will change the life of one child at a time. She has published three children's books namely Fudu the Lonely Hedgehog, The Canary That Couldn't Sing and No Colour For The Peacock.

She is actively involved in mentoring and coaching children and has participated in several book reading and activities that have to do with nurturing creativity in Children. She uses child-centric, holistic and inclusive approaches to help children in literature review and creative writing.

Tayo is a strong advocate of catching and nurturing skills in children from a very early age. Her children have gone to do amazing things both academically and creatively. Her daughter is one of the top Kid-entrepreneurs around while maintaining a Top A’s students position at school.

Creating a well- rounded child is key to raising a stable adult and what Tayo provides in her courses at DCS - Creativity LearningX is an extensive one-on-one approach with each child, encouraging them to having a growth-mindset and developing self confidence through spoken and written words.
